1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the personal nature of perfumes and fragrance products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product is defective upon arrival.
• The product is missing items mentioned in the order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and unopened.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used perfume bottles.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse.
• Orders returned without prior approval.
• Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or discount offers (unless damaged or incorrect).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Unboxing Video (if available)

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded.
